🏠 Ross County home prices surge nearly 10% since last April. The median listing price reached $273,700 in April, up 3.9% from March and 9.3% from a year ago. Homes in the county are moving quickly, spending a median of 49 days on the market—slightly faster than the national average. Around 44 new homes were listed in April, matching last year's new listing count. The median home price across the broader Chillicothe metro area rose to $267,450, while Ohio's statewide median reached $275,525.

🎾 Chillicothe's Noah Flores dominates as FAC tennis Player of the Year. The Chillicothe High School standout led a strong showing for his school, with four additional teammates joining him on the first team. Jackson, Washington, Miami Trace, and Hillsboro high schools also had representatives honored in the conference selections. Meanwhile, Hillsboro's Camryn Spruell earned Player of the Year honors in softball, while Jackson's Gaven Jones claimed the baseball award. Both sports recognized outstanding performers across multiple schools in the Frontier Athletic Conference.
