Chillicothe police apprehended James Summar early Sunday morning following reports he pursued his former girlfriend down North Bridge Street. Officers discovered three glass vials of suspected anabolic steroids in his vehicle, along with used needles and other drug paraphernalia. Summar had previously been warned about his behavior earlier that night when police responded to a call about a reckless driver. He now faces charges for disorderly conduct and drug abuse instruments, with additional charges possible pending test results.
