🎸 Beatlemania in Chillicothe

Ross County • February 28, 2025

Good morning, Ross County. The spirits of John, Paul, George, and Ringo are about to rock Chillicothe as The McCartney Project brings their pitch-perfect Beatles tribute to the Majestic Theatre this Saturday. It's part of a weekend packed tighter than Abbey Road's medley - from trivia nights to Mardi Gras celebrations, our community's social calendar is hitting more high notes than "Hey Jude."

While entertainment takes center stage, there's a bittersweet symphony playing in our sports arena. Unioto's Lady Shermans saw their championship dreams fade in a heartbreaking regional semifinal, but their 21-5 season record still strikes a chord of pride. And speaking of historic notes, Adena Mansion is opening its doors for Ohio's 220th birthday bash - perfect timing with gas prices dropping faster than a Yellow Submarine.

Star guard Mylee Smith managed 15 points despite being face-guarded throughout the game, but Unioto's offense went ice-cold in the fourth, scoring just three points on 1-for-10 shooting.
