👗 Prom Time Magic

Ross County • February 4, 2025

Good morning, Ross County. Here's a heartwarming reminder that fairy tales aren't just in storybooks - our local library is transforming into a modern-day fairy godmother with their third annual Prom Closet initiative. While formal wear prices continue to soar faster than Cinderella's carriage at midnight, our community is stepping up to make sure every teen can have their enchanted evening.

Meanwhile, as we dive into the archives, 1971 is having quite the moment. From Unioto's game-changing bond victory that unlocked millions for new schools, to an unforgettable district showdown that packed 2,700 fans into Rio Grande's gymnasium - these flashbacks remind us that some of our community's biggest wins came from facing seemingly impossible odds. Though nowadays, our challenges look more like protecting medical records than breaking pressing defenses.
