Good morning, Powell. The aroma of freshly baked pastries is wafting through Upper Arlington as Paris Baguette opens its third Columbus-area location. This South Korea-based bakery-cafe, brought to the region by franchisee John Hong who grew up with the beloved brand, represents a delicious cultural fusion that's rapidly expanding across America with ambitious plans for 1,000 U.S. locations by 2030.
Meanwhile, Housing Services Alliance is coming full circle by returning its headquarters to Delaware, Ohio, where the affordable housing nonprofit was founded in 2003. The move coincides with a bustling spring calendar across Delaware County, from the melodic strings of the 32nd annual Buckeye Dulcimer Festival to the milestone 50th Delaware Arts Festival in May. With $25,000 in art scholarships at stake and community activities blooming like spring flowers, the season promises plenty of opportunities to connect with neighbors.
