The Middlefield-based Original Cheese Factory Co-Op initiated the recall after testing revealed listeria monocytogenes in cheese produced on specific dates in June and July. Affected products include grass-fed pepper jack, Monterey jack, and horseradish-flavored cheese distributed throughout Ohio between July 14 and August 7. No illnesses have been reported, but consumers are advised to return or dispose of affected products.
