Good morning, Portage County. In the heart of Solon, a sweet revolution is taking place one popsicle at a time. Pop Culture CLE has transformed vegan ice cream into an Instagram-worthy experience, with founder Nicole Dauria crafting ultra-creamy coconut milk treats that rival traditional dairy versions. From torch-roasted s'mores to award-winning crème brûlée, these handcrafted popsicles are turning this local shop into what customers call "a hidden gem" worthy of major coastal cities.

The spirit of excellence extends throughout our region. Beachwood has become Northeast Ohio's model city with strategic property acquisitions and innovative sustainability initiatives under Mayor Justin Berns' leadership. Meanwhile, Cleveland's philanthropic landscape continues to flourish, with Crain's recently recognizing 35 notable leaders whose dedication to education, healthcare, social justice and the arts is creating lasting positive change across our communities.
