Good morning, Pickaway County. Luxury living meets ravine serenity in Columbus' real estate spotlight this week, with a historic 1937 gem hitting the market at $1.25 million. The Walhalla Ravine property boasts four patios perfectly positioned to soak in the natural surroundings—joining other high-end listings across the Columbus area for those whose housing budgets stretch well into seven figures.

Traffic nightmares unfolded Saturday evening when a multi-vehicle pileup brought I-70 West to a standstill near the I-270 interchange. While one person was hospitalized in stable condition, the incident serves as a sobering reminder of highway safety. On a lighter note, mark your calendars for spooky season—most central Ohio communities have scheduled trick-or-treating for Thursday, October 30, though a few holdouts like Delaware and Worthington are sticking with Halloween night proper for their candy quests.
