Good morning, Pickaway County. A familiar face in Ohio agriculture is stepping into a national role as Donald Jones, the four-term Ohio House Representative who chaired the Agriculture Committee, takes the helm of Ohio's Farm Service Agency. The appointment puts a working farmer—Jones runs a commercial cow/calf operation with his wife—in charge of delivering crucial programs to Ohio's agricultural producers during challenging times for rural communities.

Meanwhile, Columbus' competitive trivia scene has produced not just one but two Jeopardy champions under the same roof. Ryan and Lauren Manton, who met through their shared love of pub trivia, have both graced the iconic game show stage—with Ryan winning four times and reaching Tournament of Champions semifinals. Beyond their television success, the couple remains deeply connected to Columbus' vibrant trivia community, even creating their own "Nerd Luck" trivia nights that continue to bring knowledge-hungry residents together.
