Another Broken Egg Cafe is set to open its second Central Ohio location on December 23 at 8823 Owenfield Dr. in Powell, previously home to a Panera. This popular chain, known for its mouthwatering brunch options like chicken and waffles and shrimp n’ grits, first arrived in the area in 2022 at Easton and now boasts around 100 locations across the U.S., with eight in Ohio. The Powell location will serve patrons from 7 AM to 2 PM on weekdays and extend to 3 PM on weekends, while keeping Christmas Eve on its holiday menu. Customers can also look forward to an impressive selection of hand-crafted cocktails alongside their meals.

David Harden II

David Harden II, 68, of Circleville, passed away on December 15, 2024. Born on September 28, 1956, he was the son of David I and Mary (Ledbetter) Harden. He is survived by his mother, children, grandchildren, and several siblings, while he was preceded in death by his father and sister, Cindy Rickerson. Visitation will be held at Wellman Funeral Home on December 19, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the funeral home.

Donald Davis, 53, of Dublin, passed away on November 30, 2024. Born on May 11, 1971, in Heidelberg, Germany, he was a graduate of Logan Elm High School and an Army veteran.
