Good morning, Montgomery County. Double-digit home price growth isn't just a headline—it's the reality reshaping Dayton's real estate landscape. With residential property values soaring 11% this year—triple the national average—our region has quietly transformed into one of the Midwest's hottest housing markets. This decade-long surge has doubled home values across the area, creating both opportunities and challenges for locals navigating this rapidly evolving market.

Beyond real estate, technology continues transforming our community in fascinating ways. Local architecture firms are embracing AI to enhance their design processes while maintaining that essential human creative touch. Their combined billion-dollar revenue demonstrates the strength of this sector even amid technological shifts. And when all this innovation works up your appetite, Dayton's burger scene awaits—National Burger Month has inspired a fresh ranking of the city's most beloved patty purveyors, perfect timing for summer grilling season.
