Good morning, Montgomery County. The financial landscape is looking brighter for Dayton businesses as SBA lending surges across the region. With Fifth Third Bank leading this financial renaissance, local entrepreneurs have more pathways to turn their ambitions into reality. Meanwhile, Dayton Live just secured a cool $2.2 million energy efficiency grant that's bound to make the Schuster Center and Victoria Theatre not just cultural hotspots, but environmentally progressive ones too.

In an industry often criticized for exploitative internship practices, Anderson Financial Strategies is flipping the script with their innovative financial boot camp. Rather than coffee runs and photocopying, aspiring financial professionals will get immersive, hands-on experience. It's refreshing to see local businesses investing in the next generation while simultaneously reimagining dated workplace traditions. Sometimes the best innovations happen right in our backyard.

This upward trend signals potential expansion in the region's small business sector. The news comes as other financial indicators show mixed results, with mortgage rates dropping and several restaurant chains expanding in the Dayton market.
