🏥 Healthcare shines bright

Meigs County • January 3, 2025

Good morning, Meigs County. Here's something to celebrate: our local healthcare heroes at OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital just joined the elite ranks of America's top rural medical centers. Landing in the top 25% nationwide for patient outcomes isn't just a statistic - it's proof that world-class healthcare doesn't require a big-city ZIP code.

While our medical teams are earning accolades, others in our community are busy spreading different kinds of cheer. American Legion Post 229 is firing up the griddles for a classic weekend breakfast that'll warm any winter morning, and those post-holiday Christmas trees? They're getting a second act as cozy homes for local wildlife. Talk about paying it forward, Meigs County style.
