Marion County • September 15, 2025
Good morning, Marion County. Real estate dreams come in many forms, but a mid-century modern gem along the Olentangy River at $1.1 million certainly qualifies as aspirational living. Listing agent Megan Bell calls the Riverside Clintonville property "a one-of-a-kind" opportunity, joining other luxury listings that remind us Central Ohio's high-end market continues to thrive even as most of us admire from afar.
While some build dreams with timber and glass, others construct them through education and innovation. The ODNR's $2,500 geology research grant offers one Ohio student the chance to advance earth science research, just as Harbor Bay Ventures breaks ground on Columbus's first mass timber tower. The 13-story building replacing the historic Bier Stube will not only house nearly 500 students but also sequester enough carbon to offset over 2,000 flights from Columbus to Key West—proving sustainability and growth can indeed share the same blueprint.
