Good morning, Marion County. Move over, heavyweight champions—Marion, Ohio just claimed the title of "Strongest Town" in America! Our community outmuscled 15 competitors nationwide by showcasing impressive transportation initiatives, housing solutions, and fiscal resilience. The victory comes with hardware too: representatives will receive the award at the 2025 Strong Towns National Gathering in Rhode Island this June, and a documentary film will immortalize our community's achievement.

City Hall observes Good Friday with Thursday early closures and Friday shutdowns for most services (though garbage collection continues as scheduled).
