Founded in 2020 from a food trailer, the fast-casual concept has expanded beyond wings to include sandwiches, salads, wraps and signature items like chicken and waffle fries. The popular barbecue joint is relocating from Eastside Brewing to a former taco shop in Reynoldsburg, with plans to open in early June. Owners Bryan and Terron Nelson will expand their menu and add a full bar in the larger space, building on their successful six-year journey that began as a food truck. Known for their fall-off-the-bone ribs and signature Slab burger topped with rib meat, the move creates an opportunity for a new food vendor at Eastside Brewing.
