The Newark Division of Police has canceled a statewide Missing Adult Alert for 90-year-old Richard Foster who had gone missing from Licking County, Ohio. Foster, who suffers from dementia, had driven away from his West Main Street home in Newark on Friday morning and failed to return that day. Authorities issued the alert to help locate the vulnerable senior, but fortunately canceled it Saturday afternoon, indicating his safe return.
