A funeral service will be held at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville on December 15 at 2 p.m., with visitation starting an hour earlier. He will be laid to rest at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville.

Shelia Sue Brown

Shelia Sue Brown, 78, of Ironton, passed away on December 10, 2023. She was the widow of Richard "Dick" Brown. A funeral service will be held on December 16 at 1 p.m. at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery.

Terry E. Pine

Terry E. Pine, 66, of Proctorville, passed away on December 11 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services held at this time. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville is handling the arrangements.
