Good morning, Hamilton County. The signature on a Taylor Swift guitar could be the lifeline someone fighting cancer desperately needs. Local nonprofit Cancer Support Community is raffling a rare piece of music memorabilia to fund their free support services, with just 250 tickets available at $50 each. It's a powerful reminder of how celebrity influence can translate into tangible community support—turning fandom into funding for counseling and resources that make a real difference in patients' lives.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati's creative landscape continues to flourish on multiple fronts. The 21c Museum Hotel prepares to unveil "Fragile Figures," an ambitious exhibition exploring identity through works from 53 global artists, while UC's revitalized Cincinnati Ambassadors program transforms high school seniors into college mentors. These 22 students from across greater Cincinnati will help peers navigate the often overwhelming college application process—creating pathways to higher education while developing leadership skills themselves.

🎓 UC revives program turning high school seniors into college mentors. The Cincinnati Ambassadors program has relaunched with 22 high school seniors from across greater Cincinnati who will help peers navigate the college application process. Now expanded beyond its original focus on Cincinnati Public Schools, the program includes all three UC campuses and accepts students from throughout the region. Participants receive leadership training, networking opportunities, and compensation as student employees while promoting college access at community events. The program aligns with UC Admissions' "Bearcats for Life" vision, creating a bridge between local high schools and the university.
