Good morning, Hamilton County. Mount Adams has always been a neighborhood with breathtaking views, but the newly listed gem at 909 Riverview Place takes luxury living to stunning heights with its $1.59 million price tag. This high-end property joins other notable listings entering the local market, including upscale townhomes near Hyde Park Square and a century-old residence that showcase our region's diverse architectural landscape and growing luxury appeal.

Meanwhile, the political chessboard is taking shape as the Hamilton County Republican Party throws support behind three council hopefuls—Gary Favors, Liz Keating, and Linda Matthews—each bringing unique professional backgrounds to their candidacies. Beyond politics, Women Helping Women continues its vital "Prevent & Empower" program, reaching over 5,500 students annually across 40+ schools, teaching critical skills about healthy relationships and boundaries that help create safer communities where young people can truly thrive.
