Good morning, Hamilton County. The foundation of a thriving community often starts with a place to call home. Hamilton County is taking a significant step toward addressing this fundamental need with its upcoming grant applications for affordable rental housing developments. This multi-million dollar investment arrives alongside expanded Metro routes connecting Blue Ash and the East Side to downtown, creating a comprehensive approach to accessibility that could reshape how residents experience our region.

Meanwhile, health equity takes center stage at the upcoming Black Men's Wellness Day, offering free screenings and family activities at Forest Park's Central Park in July 2025. As this community celebration of knowledge and unity comes together, Cincinnati's political landscape is also shifting. The Charter Committee has fielded five candidates for City Council, promising data-driven approaches to city services in a challenge to the current Democratic majority ahead of the November elections.
