🚨 Shaker Heights residents breathe easier after police capture suspect. A shelter-in-place advisory for the Kemper Road area was lifted Tuesday after authorities successfully apprehended a suspect. The advisory had been issued while Shaker Heights and Cleveland police departments conducted a search following an incident in Cleveland. During the alert, motorists were told to avoid the area and residents were instructed to shelter in place and report suspicious activity. Officials have not yet released additional details about the incident or the suspect.
