Chefs Hedy and Talia Trovato will relocate their acclaimed Chesterland restaurant to Lake County Executive Airport in Willoughby this June. The new 55-seat space will feature a wall of windows overlooking an aviation museum hangar, a centerpiece chef's table, and an enhanced focus on wines with personal wine lockers available. While maintaining their seasonal, chef-driven concept, the duo will continue their commitment to sustainable sourcing with organic, pasture-raised proteins and zero-waste practices. The current Coppia location will serve its final meals on March 29.
