🛩️ Dining takes flight

Geauga County • March 20, 2025

Good morning, Geauga County. Fine dining is taking flight in our region! Acclaimed chefs Hedy and Talia Trovato are soaring to new heights as they relocate their celebrated Coppia restaurant from Chesterland to Lake County Executive Airport this June. The innovative 55-seat space will feature panoramic views of an aviation museum hangar, personal wine lockers, and the same commitment to sustainable, zero-waste culinary excellence that has made them a local treasure. Mark your calendars for March 29 to enjoy their final service at the current location.

Meanwhile, economic momentum builds as the O.H.I.O. Fund continues "firing on all cylinders" with investments in businesses like Eagle Electronics. And for those interested in public discourse, five county Democratic Parties are joining forces for a town hall on April 5 at Metzenbaum Center, where experts will discuss various national policies affecting residents. The free event requires advance registration through the Geauga Democrats website by April 4.
