The Ohio Attorney General's annual report shows a decrease of 1,001 missing children compared to the previous year, with 96.5% recovered safely. Richland County accounted for 154 of these cases, while Knox and Ashland counties reported 33 and 8 respectively. Most cases involved runaways, with fewer instances of parental abductions or stranger abductions.
