Good morning, Dublin. Columbus is about to burst at the seams with weekend activities! From exploring 17 properties during Sunday's Urban Living Tour to joining the Cap City Half Marathon, Independent Bookstore Crawl, or farmers market openingβ€”there's truly something for everyone. And that's before we even mention the 80s Prom at Natalie's or Opera Columbus's "Marriage of Figaro." Decisions, decisions...

Meanwhile, the skyline continues to transform with the 15-story Pembroke Apartments opening for leasing next month, complete with rooftop pools and an elevated public park. This development comes as Mayor Ginther proposes a $500 million bond package to tackle Columbus's staggering 53,000-unit housing shortage. As the city races to build 100,000 new homes over the next decade, that elevated walkway between buildings isn't the only thing bridging gaps in the community.

Mayor Ginther has proposed a $500 million bond package for the November ballot to address the growing housing problem in the rapidly expanding city.
