Good morning, Dev Test County. Since 1958, a small but mighty force has been changing lives both locally and globally. The White Rock Rotary Club may have shrunk from 60 to just 12 members, but their impact remains enormous—from providing $130,250 in scholarships to supporting clean water projects in three countries. Their 65-year legacy reminds us that sometimes the smallest groups create the biggest ripples of change.
While community service thrives, so does our real estate market. North Texas is dominating national rankings with an impressive five cities in the top 10 hottest markets, including McKinney claiming the #1 spot. The region's building boom means newer homes requiring less maintenance—a bright spot in today's housing landscape. This positive news stands in stark contrast to Monday night's tragic accident on East Ledbetter Drive that claimed two lives when a vehicle veered off the road.

Five North Texas cities made the top 10 list, including McKinney, Richardson, Frisco, Denton, and Allen. The study evaluated 300 cities across 17 metrics including home value forecasts, median prices, and market stability.
