Good morning, Dev Test County. Dallas's architectural heritage is shining brightly as a 1930 Spanish Eclectic gem on Lakewood Boulevard unveils its stunning $2.9 million transformation. Award-winning designer Javier Burkle has masterfully balanced the home's historic elements with modern upgrades, creating such an irresistible property that it was already under contract when featured. Just minutes from downtown and White Rock Lake, this four-bedroom treasure represents the perfect marriage of preservation and innovation.

In more somber news, a fatal single-vehicle accident closed an I-635 entrance ramp early Thursday morning as investigators worked the scene. Meanwhile, Dallas's most enduring mystery returns to the spotlight next year when businessmen Dennis McCuistion and Dory Wiley present "Who Killed JFK?" at Community Beer Company. Their investigation into the 1963 assassination comes as new federal declassifications fuel fresh scrutiny of the case that continues to fascinate our city decades later.
