Good morning, Darke County. Greenville real estate is having a moment in the national spotlight, with data revealing an unexpected collection of admirers. While Dayton house hunters lead the virtual parade of potential buyers, it's the significant interest from Washington D.C., Cincinnati, and even New York City that signals something remarkable about this corner of Ohio. In an age where 97% of homebuyers begin their journey online, our local listings are catching eyes from coast to coast.

The community's creative spirit is equally magnetic, evidenced by the breathtaking 250th anniversary mural now adorning Loudy's Office Machines building. This 10-by-12-foot masterpiece—inspired by a prize-winning quilt currently displayed at DAR headquarters in Washington—represents a true community effort with contributions from 17 local artists. Meanwhile, in nearby Piqua, Tuesday morning brought drama when a medical episode sent a vehicle crashing into a utility pole, fortunately resulting in no injuries despite the close call with a neighboring home.
