Good morning, Clermont County. Behind every thriving community stands a financial guardian, and Warren County just welcomed its newest money master. Randy Kuvin, a seasoned CPA with four decades of accounting expertise, has stepped into the role of county treasurer, overseeing a substantial $350 million treasury. The 62-year-old Miami University graduate views his new position as the perfect opportunity to "give back" to the community he's called home since 1992.

Tax discussions are making headlines across Kentucky, with Erlanger celebrating its 11th consecutive tax rate decrease while Florence contemplates a 3% reduction that would save homeowners over $25. For those looking to combine philanthropy with pleasure, mark your calendars for September 13, when Newport's Purple People Bridge transforms into a wine lover's paradise. The 18th annual Wine Over Water fundraiser promises spectacular river views alongside tastings from local establishments, with all proceeds supporting Brighton Center's community programs.
