Good morning, Clermont County. Breaking barriers in the wellness world, Amber Goin has opened Cincinnati's first Black-owned reformer Pilates studio, contributing to the $2.8 billion Black businesses bring annually to Southwest Ohio's economy. The Pilates Table aims to create an inclusive fitness space where everyone feels represented—a refreshing addition to a landscape where diversity has historically been limited, especially in boutique wellness settings.
While the community celebrates this entrepreneurial milestone, it also mourns the loss of Hyde Park resident Kristopher Gardner, who tragically died following a scooter collision in Newport on Tuesday. As investigators continue examining the circumstances, the weekend ahead offers diversions with the Vinoklet Art & Wine Festival, the Bearcats' home opener, and Land of Illusion's Haunted Scream Park bringing fall festivities to life—despite summer temperatures refusing to relinquish their grip on the region.

Goin aims to create an inclusive space where every client feels seen while making high-end fitness more accessible to underrepresented communities.
