Good morning, Clermont County. The temperature in the real estate market is rivaling our summer heat, as a Symmes Township mansion hits the market at a cool $2.27 million. This luxury property—complete with an indoor sports court and private pond—joins other high-end listings in a region where one local ZIP code ranks among America's hottest housing markets. It seems the Cincinnati area continues to defy national trends with its robust property demand.

Meanwhile, academic excellence flourishes at Northern Kentucky University, where graduate programs are climbing the national rankings. NKU's Master of Public Affairs secured third place statewide according to U.S. News & World Report, while drivers in Fort Wright should prepare for Monday's traffic pattern changes on Highland Pike. The reconfiguration promises dedicated turn lanes and reduced congestion—small adjustments that could make your morning commute significantly smoother.
