Good morning, Clermont County. The luxury real estate market is making waves across Greater Cincinnati, with an Amberley Village home commanding an impressive $1.435 million in this week's top sales. This Fernwood Drive property leads a parade of high-end transactions, including a $1.41 million riverside home in East End and a $1.915 million Indian Hill estate, highlighting robust demand for premium properties throughout the region.

In less fortunate financial news, thirteen Kentucky schools are reeling after unexpectedly losing millions in promised COVID relief funding. Boone County's $1.27 million cut and Covington's $567,357 loss have disrupted planned educational improvements, while the Campbell County Library seeks fresh perspectives with two new volunteer board trustees. The unpaid positions require a commitment of just two hours monthly and applications remain open through May 31 for residents in select areas including Bellevue, Cold Spring, and Newport.
