🏢 Princeton pivot

Clermont County • April 10, 2025

Good morning, Clermont County. Liberty Township is transforming its landscape with a unanimous green light for the Princeton Glen development, a five-building business hub sprawling across nearly 15 acres. The project represents a significant pivot from residential to commercial space, with Trustee Steve Schramm particularly enthusiastic about the versatile complex that could soon host everything from restaurants to medical facilities—though specific tenants remain under wraps for this long-awaited site originally conceived back in 2005.

Meanwhile, the Cincinnati cultural scene continues to draw national attention on multiple fronts. The city mourns philanthropist Francie Pepper, remembered as "a fearless and focused giant" for her transformative work with the YWCA and domestic violence programs. Looking ahead, Cincinnati's growing reputation as a tech destination solidifies with news that actress-entrepreneur Keke Palmer will headline next year's Black Tech Week, expected to draw 7,000 attendees to the Aronoff Center for the fourth annual gathering of innovators.
