πŸ“ Making waves

Athens County • February 11, 2025

Good morning, Athens County. They say records are meant to be broken, and our local swimmers just turned that saying into reality at the Southeast Sectional championships. The Athens Bulldogs and McClain Tigers didn't just compete - they dominated the pool at Ohio University, writing their names into the record books and earning their tickets to this weekend's district championships. Talk about making waves!

While our athletes are creating splashes in the pool, the County Auditor's Office is making ripples of their own with a digital transformation that puts property data at your fingertips. And if you're already dreaming of summer vibes, the Nelsonville Music Festival just dropped their 2025 headliners - including indie darling Waxahatchee. Between swimming victories, property transparency, and festival fever, Athens County is starting the year with quite a momentum.
