🗳️ Ohio's new ballot law leaves zero room for mail delays. State Rep. Sean Patrick Brennan has formally asked Cleveland's Postmaster to guarantee timely absentee ballot delivery ahead of the May 5 primary. A recent Ohio law change now requires ballots to arrive by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day—eliminating the previous four-day grace period for postmarked ballots. Brennan is particularly concerned about seniors, disabled voters, and those without transportation who rely on mail-in voting. He's requesting USPS outline delivery protocols, voter guidance, and contingency plans to prevent eligible voters from being disenfranchised. Read more
