A concrete slab trophy & a Triple Crown. This week delivers 🏆
Good morning, Delaware County. Rain tried its best to spoil the party, but the 2026 Delaware County Fair wasn't having it — steady showers gave way to sun and wind just in time for Cleveland Darby to claim Ohio harness racing's Triple Crown on a track upgraded to fast by mid-card. A soggy opening day turned into a historic one. Meanwhile, just three miles and one very heavy concrete slab separate Worthington Kilbourne and Dublin Scioto as the undefeated Wolves gear up for the Battle of Hard Road — a rivalry game where the trophy alone is worth the price of admission.
Beyond the track and the gridiron, this weekend has plenty to offer — from a Marble Run Engineering Workshop to Harry Potter Glow Night, plus fresh local listings inside.
