Polka meets Norse gods this weekend 👀 Only in Cleveland...
Good morning, Cuyahoga County. Three new mixed-use developments are coming to the region after the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority approved financing for projects in Middleburg Heights, Strongsville, and Richmond Heights — housing, retail, and hotel space all in one shot. On a harder note, federal charges have been filed against a Cleveland man in connection with a shooting that left a 15-year-old girl injured during an attempted carjacking in Ohio City, and a Cleveland elementary school canceled classes after teachers arrived to find their cars vandalized.
On the lighter end of your Friday, Wall Street may be sweating September, but Cuyahoga County's weekend calendar looks considerably more fun — Nashville Polka Night, Norse mythology storytelling, and Cleveland Oktoberfest are all queued up. Fresh real estate listings and a Financial Friday savings tip are waiting inside too.
