Matt Snider, who oversees the nation's first domestic facility producing high-assay low-enriched uranium for next-generation reactors, was appointed to the Regional Coordinating Council at Ohio University's June 11–12 board meetings. Snider brings over 20 years of experience in complex technical operations, including a stint managing Amazon Web Services data center infrastructure and six years as a nuclear plant operations supervisor in the U.S. Navy.
