Good morning, Delaware County. After nearly 13 years steering Dublin's ship, City Manager Megan O'Callaghan is hanging up her hard hat โ a 30-year public service career bookended by one of the city's biggest growth spurts. Speaking of growth, Delaware County is barreling toward 400,000 residents by 2050, and two candidates are making their case for who should help manage that ride. On a quieter note, Delaware County JFS found its new director without even leaving the building, promoting Jeffrey Sell from within after two decades of steady service. On the national front, Bank of America and CVS are writing some very large settlement checks, and Kroger is leaning hard into AI. Closer to home, country music, wine tastings, and an artist social are all happening tonight โ plus fresh listings in Real Estate. โ๏ธ What's Brewing Locally Dublin city manager leaves after nearly 13 years of service: announcement ๐๏ธ Dublin's city manager is stepping down after nearly 13 years.
