Good morning, Franklin County. In a single month, U.S. Marshals quietly recovered 79 missing children across Ohio through Operation Meridian — a number that deserves a moment to sink in. Meanwhile, a road-rage case that shook Columbus is finally reaching its conclusion, as Tony Brock heads toward sentencing for the fatal shooting of a local cigar shop owner on I-670. Heavy stuff for a Wednesday morning.
On the brighter side, the August jobs report came in stronger than expected, which Wall Street is still chewing on. And when you're ready to step away from the headlines, Franklin County has some solid plans waiting — a pen drawing class, a record fair in Franklinton, and a train station tour are all on deck in Events. Fresh Real Estate listings are inside too.
