Good morning, Franklin County. After nearly 13 years steering Dublin's ship, City Manager Megan O'Callaghan is calling it a career — a 30-year run in public service that's genuinely hard to follow. Meanwhile, Columbus City Schools is staring down a $109 million budget gap with more building closures potentially on the table, and Franklinton's century-old Holy Family School just got a temporary reprieve from demolition — though the city still has the final say. On the national front, Bank of America is writing a $1.2 billion check to federal regulators, which is quite the expensive reminder to read the fine print. Fall is peaking this week — Pumpkins Aglow kicks things off Tuesday, followed by the Westerville Symphony Gala and the Glass Pumpkin Patch.
