Horses, storytime & a shutdown scare — quite the week 🐴
Good morning, Delaware County. Road work season is in full swing — U.S. 23 and I-71 near Main Street are both dealing with lane restrictions this week, so build in a little extra buffer before you leave the driveway. While you're stuck in traffic, you'll have plenty to think about: Congress narrowly avoided a government shutdown, the FTC is taking Amazon to court over ad pricing, and oil markets are rattling after tanker attacks near the Strait of Hormuz.
On a much lighter note, the local libraries have a great lineup of storytimes rolling through this week for the little ones — Toddler, Orange, and Ostrander Family editions — so the weekend is already looking up. Fresh real estate listings are also waiting inside if you're in a browsing mood.
