50 years, a game-changing hire & the dinner show everyone's talking about 🎶
Good morning, Jackson County. Fifty years is a long time to be doing anything right — and Jackson's career-education community has been doing exactly that, quietly shaping the futures of generations of local students. That kind of milestone deserves a moment. There's also a fresh face joining the Rec Department, which might sound like small news, but the right hire can quietly transform what summer and fall look like for a lot of families around here.
Add in a 10th-anniversary fundraiser dinner bringing neighbors together for a good cause, and this week is giving off some serious community-pride vibes. When you're ready to get out of the house yourself, the Events section has a movie night, a live dinner show, and the Travis Brown Band all on the horizon.
