Wreaths, apples & a 5K with real heart — peek inside 🌟
Good morning, Ross County. Chillicothe's city council pulled off a rare move this week — reversing a moratorium on the data center debate almost as fast as they put it in place. Make of that what you will, but the next round of hearings just got a whole lot more interesting. Nationally, the Federal Reserve raised interest rates for the first time since 2023, sending Wall Street into a collective sulk and retail shoppers cheerfully ignoring the whole situation with a 1.2% spending surge in August.
Closer to home, the week ahead has considerably better energy than the bond market. A Tulle Wreath Craft Night kicks things off Wednesday, Apple Harvest Storytime follows Thursday, and a Suicide Prevention 5K closes the week with real purpose. Local sports scores and more are inside.
