Witches, vampires & harvest vibes — fall just got weird 🎃
Good morning, Ross County. Chillicothe City Council hit the brakes hard this week, fast-tracking a pause on new data center zoning permits after residents made their feelings crystal clear. It's a rare moment of local government moving at internet speed — and the ripple effects on what gets built next in town are worth watching closely. Meanwhile, Washington had quite the week: a state dinner with diplomatic smiles masking trade tensions, and a few media outlets quietly returning to the White House briefing room after a judge intervened.
Closer to home, fall is earning its keep — Scioto Trail Harvest Day is right around the corner, Kids Storytime is on deck, and today's Financial Friday tip is a smart one if a bonus or tax refund is sitting idle in your account. Fresh listings are inside too.
