Movies under stars + a dinner show you'll regret missing 🎬🍽️
Good morning, Jackson County. River Valley opened its season with a gritty 1-0 road win over Wellston — one goal, a whole lot of defending, and exactly enough to leave town happy. The Golden Rockets made it work. Meanwhile, Washington had a busy week of its own: cabinet shake-ups, fresh international tensions, a major Supreme Court immigration case on the docket, and 25 states filing suit over tariffs. A lot of moving pieces at the national level, but that's been the theme lately.
On a lighter note, Bank of America bumped its dividend, so investors got a small win too. When you're ready to think local, the Events section has some genuinely fun fall plans taking shape — including a live dinner show and an outdoor movie night. Fresh listings are also waiting in Real Estate.
